Knowledgable and patient tutor!
Laura has been a wonderful find for my daughter to help her prepare for the English sections of the SAT. She has been extremely knowledgeable about the test material and always prepared with a lesson plan, and recommended out of class homework for her to practice her skills. Based on my daughter's feedback, the lessons always seemed tailored to her individual strengths and weaknesses which shows the effort Laura puts in to getting to know each student. Laura's mannerism and approach helped instill confidence and calm in my daughter for the test, which is extremely valuable given the stressful nature of SAT preparation. She took the test last week, and we are still awaiting results, but I expect we will see significant improvement. I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone searching for a thoughtful, kind, English tutor!
