With a background in design, research, marketing and operations leadership, I offer students a strategic and supportive approach to career development. I hold a B.A. from the University of Toledo, getting my Masters at Harvard in Organizational Psychology and currently serve as a Director of Design and Research Operations, where I guide global teams and help individuals navigate complexity with clarity. This experience translates directly into my work with students, where I focus on developing clear communication, goal-setting, and confidence-building strategies.
Over the years, I’ve supported co-workers, high school, college, and graduate students through one-on-one coaching. My work includes helping students craft standout resumes (not writing them), industry guidance, prepare for interviews, and navigate academic and career transitions. My methods are structured but personalized, always grounded in the individual student’s goals and strengths.
Having partnered closely with professionals in talent acquisition and hiring across industries, I bring real-world insights into what organizations seek in candidates. I aim to demystify the process and help students develop tools they’ll carry forward—whether applying to college, landing an internship, or building long-term career confidence. My goal is to empower students to feel prepared, motivated, and seen throughout their journey.
