Over the years, I’ve supported co-workers, high school, college, and graduate students through one-on-one coaching. My work includes helping students craft standout resumes (not writing them), industry guidance, prepare for interviews, and navigate academic and career transitions. My methods are structured but personalized, always grounded in the individual student’s goals and strengths.
