My name is Vasile C. I have an MS in Aeronautical Engineering and over 30 years of professional experience.

My professional experience comes from playing various roles, from the tech lead, to enterprise architect, to the CTO role in a management consulting company. During this time, I participated in numerous training courses in the following domains: computer programming [Java, C#, C++, Python], Web platforms [Spring, .NET], enterprise applications installation and customization [SAP, Oracle, Workforce and older ones PeopleSoft, JD Eduwards, Bain Software] development and deployment on cloud environment [AWS], enterprise architecture [TOGAF, FEAF, PERA, etc.], project management [PMP from Project Management Institute], and business operations [SCORE for supply chain and PACE for product development frameworks].

In parallel with my professional activity I also acted as a co-author, and researcher in the field of information theory. I presented papers at world renown conferences over the last 15 years, with the most recent one in 2023 in China. Some of these conferences are NECSI [New England Complex Systems Institute], System Dynamics Conference, BICA, and TEPRA.

My tutoring experience comes primarily from my professional experience. As a consultant, most of the teams I worked with required training and tutoring one-on-one. The teams were from various industries and from 5 to 20 in size. Over the last three decades I interacted with teams from over 100 companies, including some of the biggest corporations [Intel, Apple, Boeing, Barclays, Bank of America, Citibank, GM, ATT, Cigna, Fedex, Charles Schwab, Pearson Education, Scholastic].

My IT experience started in 1995 as a C++ developer with Spyglass, working on the Mosaic Web browser. Since then, I worked on over 100 companies, mostly as a consultant. In early 2000 I played the role of a CTO at PRTM, a management consulting company. PRTM was at that time number on in management consulting business when measured in revenue per consultant. Some of the companies I worked as an IT architect: Raytheon, Apple, Intel, Bank of America, Barclay, Charles Schwab, Merck, Fedex, GM. Most recent experience was playing the role of an IT architect at Boeing in a complex military project. In parallel with my professional career, I presented research papers since 2007 at international conferences organized by MIT, TEPRA, AAAI, BICA. In 2007, at New England Complex Systems Institute conference I presented the paper called "Engineered for Change - The Dynamically Stable Holonic Enterprise". At the Association for Advancement of AI from Fall 2009 [Washington] I presented the paper called "Back to the Basics - Redefining Information, Knowledge, Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence Using Only the Adaptive System Theory" Lately, I presented in person a paper on Physics of Information at BICA*AI 2023 at Ningbo, China. My experience working with programming languages started in college many decades ago. My first real experience started in 1995 when I worked at Spyglass, working on Mosaic Web browser as a C++ developer on Windows 3.1. At that time Microsoft Windows programming was based on AFX libraries. From that experience I started working on Visual C++ using MFC, then in late 1990s I started working on Java. Moving to C# was easy as it combined the principles used by the Java language with Microsoft MFC. Since then, over the last two decades, I worked on over 100 projects using C# and Java. Most notable was the refactoring of an entire platform written in C# at Intel [over 31 enterprise custom applications used by the entire supply chain to manage various processes]. Among notable projects in Java was the full development [design, develop, test, deploy] of a new module at Apple. This was part of a large AI platform used by the support team. Education: MS in Aeronautics with Jet Engine specialty.
