I was raised by two lawyers with incredible language skills, excelled throughout school in reading and writing classes, scored outstanding results on my SATs, and graduated a prestigious University with a rare dual-degree. I am well read and quite skilled at working with students of all levels to help them learn in a way that is specific and unique to them!
Music is my souls' passion. I tour the world performing on stages at the highest level. Music gives me tremendous joy and teaching music is a deep inspiration in my life. I received a degree in Jazz Studies from the prestigious Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University. I am well rounded in my knowledge of music history and styles and I enjoy teaching both music theory and performance!
