I am a Medical Resident with a consistent record of academic excellence, including a +270 on the USMLE Step 2 CK. I maintained a perfect GPA throughout high school, college, and medical school, graduating summa cum laude with honors. My academic background provides a strong foundation in the sciences, allowing me to tutor a wide range of subjects including high school math and science as well as medical school coursework such as anatomy, physiology, and pathology.

I have several years of experience tutoring students ranging in level from middle school to medical school, consistently helping them achieve meaningful improvements in both performance and confidence. My teaching has primarily been one-on-one, allowing me to tailor each session to the individual student’s needs and learning style. Through this experience, I have developed an approach that focuses not only on mastering material, but also on building the underlying skills required to learn effectively and think critically. I have found that many students struggle not because of a lack of ability, but because they have not yet developed an efficient framework for approaching new information.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes deep conceptual understanding over rote memorization. Rather than focusing on isolated facts or rigid problem-solving steps, I help students understand why concepts work, when to apply them, and how they connect to broader ideas.

Approved Subjects

Biostatistics

Biostatistics

As a fourth-year medical student who scored +270 on the USMLE Step 2 CK, I have a strong grasp of the biostatistics concepts tested on both Step 1 and Step 2, including probability, sensitivity/specificity, predictive values, confidence intervals, and study design. My training emphasizes understanding how these concepts are applied in clinical scenarios rather than memorizing formulas. I focus on simplifying complex topics into clear, testable frameworks so students can confidently approach USMLE-style questions and improve their accuracy and efficiency.
Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding

I have extensive personal experience and knowledge in bodybuilding, supported by my background in physiology and nutrition from medical training. I understand the principles of hypertrophy, progressive overload, recovery, and nutrition. I help students understand not just what to do, but why it works, so they can adjust their training intelligently. My approach emphasizes long-term progress and a deeper understanding of the body.
Physiology

Physiology

I am a medical resident extensively trained in human physiology through medical education with a strong emphasis on systems based understanding and clinical application. Experienced in cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, endocrine, and neurophysiology, with a focus on integrating concepts rather than memorization. Proven ability to teach complex physiology topics in a clear, structured way that translates directly to improved exam performance. I scored in the 99th percentile on Step 2 CK board exam during medical school, and I have shared my approach to success on MCQ based exams with students by strengthening reasoning, identifying key patterns, and avoiding common traps.
USMLE

USMLE

As a medical student at LSU Health New Orleans, I scored in the top 5% of test takers on the USMLE Step 2 CK, reflecting a strong mastery of clinical knowledge and test-taking strategy. My training has provided a deep understanding of high-yield concepts across internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and more. I focus on helping students improve not only their knowledge base, but also their approach to NBME-style questions, time management, and decision-making under pressure. My goal is to help students translate what they know into higher exam performance.
