I am a graduate student in Integrative Biology, where I also serve as a Teaching Assistant for Human Anatomy and Physiology. In this role, I independently lead two weekly laboratory sections, design quizzes and exams, hold office hours, and provide individualized feedback to undergraduate students. I have been teaching in this capacity since 2023 and have developed a strong ability to break down complex anatomical and physiological concepts into approachable material.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, along with hands-on research experience in pathology and neuroscience. I have co-authored three peer-reviewed publications, reflecting my depth of knowledge across the biological sciences. I am comfortable tutoring subjects including anatomy, physiology, general biology, and life sciences.
My tutoring approach is patient and adapted to each student's learning style. I prioritize building genuine understanding over memorization, and particularly enjoy working with pre-med and nursing students who need a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology.
