Dr. N. is the founder and CEO of Nichols Educational Testing & Evaluation Services, LLC. She is also employed with Northwestern State University as University Supervisor of their Alternative Certification and Teaching Grades K-12 educational programs.
Dr. N. is a certified Reading Specialist, Teacher (grades PreK-12) and an Educational Diagnostician.
