I was born in Seoul, Korea due to my parents being in the military so I've had a fitness and academic background at a very early age. I acquired my personal training license in 2007 and my massage therapy license in 2008 but I've been in the fitness niche since 1999.
I've managed my own fitness business since 2008 training, teaching and proctoring thousands of others along the way. I have an innate passion for helping and fixing problems!
