I am a Louisiana native and have been studying/speaking French for most of my life. I have 16 years of experience with the community outreach programs of the Council for the Development of French in Louisiana. I have taught several adult French classes over the years, Louisiana and international French, and I have worked individually with several young people.

I majored in languages (French and Spanish) in college and have become fluent in French. I have been teaching French for the past few years to a diverse group of people, including native speakers of languages other than English, with a good degree of success. My English language skills are excellent.

I love working with people of all ages, and I have had some good success in working with young people and adults at different levels in French and Louisiana French. My experience includes over 30 years of working with the French language, including teaching and tutoring. I've worked with French speakers from all over the world.

A fun and great tutor

My daughter has never spoke french, but she seems to want to learn more after each lesson. The tutor and her play games and take turns on what to learn next. My daughter looks forward to it twice a week and she is learning great and her pronunciation is improving.
