I have a strong educational background that includes a Master’s of Art in Teaching and a Teaching Certification in both Special Education and General Education. I have over 7 years of teaching and tutoring experience, with a focus on students ranging from elementary to middle school age. My experience includes both one-on-one tutoring and classroom teaching, with a strong emphasis on creating personalized learning plans.

Throughout my career, I’ve taught a wide array of students with varying learning styles and abilities, including those with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. I utilize multi-sensory approaches and scaffolded instruction to support students’ academic and emotional growth. I am particularly skilled at breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, and I frequently use hands-on activities, visual aids, and technology to engage my students.

As a tutor, I aim to build a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident and empowered. I believe in fostering open communication and working collaboratively with parents and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for each student. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and perseverance, and I take pride in seeing my students grow both academically and personally.
