Music composition will give students the opportunity to compose their own music using basic fundamentals including melodic, rhythmic, and harmonic skills. I have taken and successfully passed all music theory and composition classes in my area of study, thus enabling me to acquire a B.S. degree in music education. I am certified to teach both instrumental and vocal music, and deemed highly qualified under Louisiana bulletin and standards. I am also a veteran music teacher of 20+ years.
