Teaching experience: I have over 10 years of experience in teaching university students and representatives of industry topics in chemistry, emergency response, port security, pipeline safety, and chemical detection to provide chemical security and comply with RCRA, OSHA, and CERLA regulations. Since 1992 I have taught university students and industry how to develop environmental emergency response solutions and online emergency response training.

I received my MS degree in Homeland Security from Tulane University and my MS in Environmental Chemistry from Southern University (Baton Rouge) as a NASA Fellow at the Stennis Space Center in 2000 and have 10+ years teaching experience with university students and representatives of industry. I taught both students and emergency responders how to develop emergency response management techniques. My experience includes teaching chemical security techniques while complying with RCRA, OSHA, and CERLA regulations. Since 1992 I have taught and developed numerous projects to design environmental emergency response solutions for small business, industries, and universities.
