I have an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary studies, with a focus on Mathematics, Philosophy, and Sociology. I then graduated with a Master's of Engineering in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
During graduate school, I participated in a program during graduate school called The LSU Pathways Project, where we wrote classes for high school students that allowed them to graduate with an additional certificate from LSU saying they had experience in the pathway they followed. I focused on the Computer Science and Robotics pathways, and was placed a teacher in a local high school to pilot courses. During the three years I was doing this, I taught pre-calculus, Algebra 2 and 1, and two computer science courses.
During both my undergraduate and graduate programs, I tutored Algebra 1 and 2, pre-calculus, trigonometry, elementary and middle school math. I tutored for both private and public school, and both in person and remote.
After graduating I worked for two different companies, writing C#, C++, Java, HTML, SQL, and other languages. I have a strong interest in symbolic logic and philosophy and like to learn new subjects in my free time.
