Amazing Medical School Interview Prep and MCAT CARS tutor

I worked with Doris for MCAT CARS prep and later for my DO and MD interview preparation, and I cannot recommend her enough. For CARS, she helped me break down passages in a way that made them much more approachable. She taught me strategies to identify the author’s tone, structure, and main point, which not only improved my accuracy but also gave me the confidence to manage timing under pressure. When it came to interviews, she went above and beyond. She gave me tip with traditional and MMI styles, tailored practice interview questions to my application, and gave detailed feedback on my responses. She also helped me refine my delivery so I came across as authentic and confident rather than rehearsed. Her insights into both MD and DO schools were invaluable, and she gave me concrete advice on how to highlight my experiences while connecting them to each school’s mission. Incredible Medical School MMI Tutor

Doris was an absolutely phenomenal tutor. I had really little ability to interview before she started tutoring me. She took the time out of 4th year of medical school to prepare me for a medical school interview over the course of over 2 months and was supportive throughout. She gave a very strong foundation for successful MMI interviewing and different types of questions until I started seeing patterns and many MMI questions almost felt mundane or "easy". She ended with her own full rigorous mock interviews. By the middle of my studies, I did mock interviews with my school and the feedback was pretty surface level and almost all positive with really no specifics on how to improve given how far I came. Doris continued to sharpen every aspect of my interviewing ability from the start. I am confident I can excel tomorrow. I really could not recommend her enough.

I worked with Doris throughout my medical school application process from the start of my applications to the end of my interview season. When I began filling out my applications, Doris provided valuable insight and helped me craft my story. Her ability to identify and understand her students' uniqueness and strengths and give tailored feedback genuinely helped me improve the quality of my writing, and ultimately helped me more effectively convey my desire to pursue medicine on my application. While working with Doris to prepare for my interviews, Doris thoroughly helped me practice a variety of scenarios and questions that one might encounter in a medical school interview.
