I am a dedicated elementary tutor specializing in grades K–2, with a strong focus on reading, writing, math, and phonics. I complete my Master of Arts in Teaching with dual certification in Elementary Education and Special Education (Learning and Behavioral Disorders) in May, and I am currently certified to teach Special Education in Learning and Behavioral Disorders. I bring classroom teaching experience, including both special education and third-grade general education, as well as prior one-on-one tutoring experience. I work closely with young learners on foundational literacy skills such as letter sounds, blending, vowel sounds, CVC and CVCe words, and early reading development. I have extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, autism, and other learning needs, and I use patient, structured, and engaging teaching strategies to help students build confidence and succeed at their own pace.
