For over 20 years, I have judged, coached, and taught argumentation and debate for middle and high school students.  If you or your student wants to begin learning argumentation debate, I have a program to take them from day one into advanced stages. If you're a debater at any level, I can help you with tournament prep, case analysis, and cross-examination sparring. I have had extensive experience in debate during my competitive era, along with helping students over the last 20 years. If you identify a specific area of focus, there is nothing I can't help you improve.

For students interested in something other than competitive speaking, I have a comprehensive program that uses practical examples to teach basic to advanced critical thinking methods. Learning these concepts will help your student across any academic discipline. Critical thinking will improve the way your student synthesizes new information into usable knowledge applied toward any scholastic pursuit.

Greg has been a great help to me thus far in sharpening my debate skills. I came to Greg without any formal experience in debate as I just wanted to better argue my side in informal settings. We have been working together several weeks now, and it is paying off as he teaches me the strategies, Dos, and Donts. He's also a relatable, likeable coach! I would recommend Greg to anyone who wants help with formal or informal debate skills or just wants to communicate effectively in postions where you must defend your views with evidence and logic.

Greg does a great job preparing me for real world dialogues on actual topics relevant to issues in politics, culture, and society. He's always supportive in telling me what I'm doing correctly in debates but won't hesitate to push me to do better. His critiques can involve tools like omitting certain phrases from speech to make a position more convincing or using specific frameworks to respond to an argument in order to create a better rebuttal.
