Steve really took his time to guide me in my Data Management using SPSS course. He even helped me troubleshoot laptop issues while helping me gain better understanding of SPSS. Disappointing experience.
I unfortunately had a negative experience with Steve. I needed help writing a research paper which used SPSS. His background was strong so I went ahead and booked him. The first session seemed great like we were just making some progress. The second session was a complete waste of time. We spent an hour and a half looking online for a codebook that it turns out I didn't need. We wasted about an hour and twenty minutes and he still charged me for a full two hours. Then for the final session he did not show up. I work hard for my money and to not get any benefit of spending it is very frustrating and disappointing. I wish he would have at least notified me he wasn't showing up for the last session so I didn't waste TIME AND MONEY.
