Disappointing experience.
I unfortunately had a negative experience with Steve. I needed help writing a research paper which used SPSS. His background was strong so I went ahead and booked him. The first session seemed great like we were just making some progress. The second session was a complete waste of time. We spent an hour and a half looking online for a codebook that it turns out I didn't need. We wasted about an hour and twenty minutes and he still charged me for a full two hours. Then for the final session he did not show up. I work hard for my money and to not get any benefit of spending it is very frustrating and disappointing. I wish he would have at least notified me he wasn't showing up for the last session so I didn't waste TIME AND MONEY.

Knowledgeable and Patient Tutor - Creative with approach!
I am wrapping up my data analysis for my dissertation and the data set was massive! Steve helped me reorganize the data and then streamline the analyses to eliminate the repetitive tests I would have had to run. I couldn't have gotten this far with my sanity intact without his guidance!

Well verse professor
I was thrown into a class I did not know about and a program I didn’t know anything about. I found Steve, and he has been the most significant help to me in understanding and navigating these programs in this class. Excellent teacher. SPSS would have killed me if I didn’t ask Steve to tutor me.

knowledgeable and patient
Steve is awesome! I know very little about SPSS. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a great teacher. After one session I was able to maneuver around in SPSS to do the things he taught me. He made the process less scary. Definitely recommend.
