I am flexible and adaptable. I think quickly on my feet and align lessons to student's individual needs. My experience in education has given me a perspective to approach each student with empathy, patience, and an open mind. My students are engaged through creative lessons planning and my sense of humor doesn't hurt! Many of my students saw progressive improvements in test scores throughout the school year.
