Greetings! I am a certified Special Education Teacher with Jefferson County Public Schools in the the area of Learning and Behavioral Disabiliities at a local middle school. I have been teaching for 5 years and being experienced in special education has taught me that every child thrives when they have individualized attention and lessons to meet their learning styles. I have an outgoing personality and realize that learning can and should be fun and will do everything within my power to make the most out of each tutoring session. I personally enjoy helping students become more fluent in reading, and I also belive that once reading improves, every other subject will as well. I am also a parent, so I have a personal interest in the success of all students and treat them with the same dedication that I give to my own child. Success is more than possible, it's expected!
