As a firefighter/paramedic, I've worked a 24-hour-on/48-hour-off schedule for over a decade, so I know how tricky balancing work, life, and ambitious new goals can be. I've been an IFSAC certified fire instructor for eight years, and an adjunct paramedic instructor for three, working with adult learners in both classroom and hands-on settings.
