Professionally, he serves as the Office Manager and Logistics Coordinator for the University of Kentucky Center for Tobacco Reference Products, teaches as an adjunct faculty member in Kinesiology and Health Promotion at BCTC, and works as a wellness coach at Elite U. Fitness Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
A dedicated drug-free powerlifter, Hall has a max bench press of 562 lbs and is ranked #1 in Kentucky. He has competed in more than 11 states, winning multiple pro, national, and state championships, and is a Natural Athlete Strength Association Hall of Fame inductee.
He is the recipient of the Morehead State University KHIS Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year award and is a Kentucky Colonel. Hall has written for Powerlifting USA and Monster Muscle the Mag and is a proud member of the Omega Force Strength Team.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys volunteering, traveling, family events, and movies. The Smoky Mountains remain a cherished annual family destination. A passionate University of Kentucky sports fan, his “Big Blue Basement” is filled with Wildcats memorabilia. Guided by his favorite quote, “It’s not how you start, but how you finish,” Hall continues to pursue excellence in all areas of life.
