Hi, my name is Cody! I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a Master's in STEM Education. I am a certified classroom teacher in Kentucky, and have been teaching for the past 5 years.

I believe the best way to learn math is through discovery and inquiry. That’s how I approach tutoring— helping students really understand how things work, not just memorize and repeat. During my graduate coursework, I focused on best practices for student learning, and since I’m still in the classroom, I get to keep evolving. Combined with my strong belief in everyone’s right to education, I believe I’m the best person to be in front of students for their growth in mathematics.
