Special Needs

During my Master Degree program in Special Education, we compiled and completed research in academic progress, learning styles (tactile, auditory, etc.), learning disabilities (ADD, Specific Learning Disability, Dyslexia, Blind and Deaf, etc.), and various research-based practices to help students retain knowledge and progress (Think-Pair-Share, Miscue Analysis, etc.). I have taught specifically in private and public schools as well as after-school tutoring within special education for 12 years. It is rewarding and an honor in many ways to be a part of this field.
