I Learn to Teach Others to Learn

My philosophy is simple: Give someone a fish, you feed them for a day. Teach them to fish, you feed them for a lifetime.
I currently live in Bowling Green, KY. For the past six plus years I have been driving a school bus while pursuing and earning two MS degrees. I very much want to teach or be an instructor is some form or fashion. To say that I have an extreme passion for technology and teaching others how to use this technology in an educational setting, would be an understatement. All students, whether it be K-12, undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral, have the ability to learn something new. They just need a compass that points them in the proper direction. I am in a unique position to provide them with this compass.
I love learning. I love the pursuit of knowledge and understanding. I love to teach and I love being taught new things. I am an outstanding instructor. These are not my words. These are words I received from former students and fellow faculty. I teach from a real-world perspective; Having been in the real world before pursuing degrees of higher education. But, my greatest passion is sharing and passing on my knowledge and experience to my students. I pursued 2 MS degrees because I believed it would make me a better teacher. I may pursue a doctorate for the same reason.
I earned my second MS in ID in December 2021 from WKU. I earned my first MS in LME – TE in December 2019 from WKU where I also earned my BS in CIT in May 2011. I am also a graduate of the I.T. program at HCTC, where I earned an AA, AS, and AAS. I am also a graduate of SCTD in June 1992. My courses in Computer Programming, Networking, and Database Management have prepared me for various scenarios in the IT field.
