Hello. My name is Leonard Brown. A little about who I am and what makes me, me. Served in the U.S. Army for 10 years as a Human Resource Specialist/Liaison/Training Instructor, Combat Engineer, Public Affairs Specialist and Carpentry Masonry Specialist. Completed three tours to Afghanistan. Graduated from Strayer University twice. Once for my undergraduate and another for my MBA. They have a great incentive for staying and completing your Masters so they hooked me with that. My Bachelors degree is in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources Management and my MBA is in International Finance.
Currently I am working towards the completion of my Ph. D in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting/Finance. Haven't always loved numbers but I have grown a knack for them. I also have two dogs; A three year old Carin Terrier named Toto and a seven year old mid-size poodle named Bella. I love deep sea diving, hiking and jet skiing. Most of my experience with tutoring, instructing or teaching comes from my years in the service as an HR Specialist. As well as if the individual they are not entitled, how they could be passed on. Currently I am a Data Program Analyst for the Dept. of Veteran Affairs handling federal contracts, providing financial advisement and federal budgeting. Compiling multiple complex reports, data and research for multiple federal agencies. Also, just recently got hired by Louisiana International University as an Online Adjunct Professor for Business Administration in their Undergraduate Degree program.
Going from my undergraduate degree to my MBA ensured that I had to take more advance level general education classes; Financial Management, Manageri
