I'm an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly qualified teacher with extensive experience in Social Studies, as well as Special Education instruction. For the last three years, I have taught Social Studies and Gifted & Talented Education. In May, 2016, I will complete my M.S. Ed. from Hays State University. Professional evaluations have consistently rated my work as highest in exceptional content knowledge in the areas of history and government; I teach this broad topic at a high level for a large audience of learners for a living.
As your tutor, I can teach you a wide variety of subtopics within the Humanities. I frequently edit my colleagues and peers essays. I can help you with homework in government, especially if it relates to foreign policy and history, as my major field of study was Russian Revolutionary History with a focus on international relations 1905 - 1917. Labor history, gender studies, economics, and European literature were also minor areas of study for me in college, and continue to be passions of mine.
All this is to say: you need help with homework that has EN/EC/HS/PS/LS in the course call title, you should shoot me a message. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
