Hello! let me introduce myself, my name is Eva F. and I'm a professional violinist and violin instructor. I found myself wanting to teach when I realized how much improvement I had made taking private lessons myself. My lessons will not revolve solely on playing, flashcards and games (music/instrument related) will be part of the lesson since no two students learn the same way. I started teaching since I was in high school. My students range from kids in elementary right up to adults.
I was an active member with the Southwestern College Youth Symphony for 6 years from middle school through high school, and was concert master my senior year. I also had competed in both regional and state competitions. For 11 years I was an active member of the South Kansas Symphony and worked my way to concert master the last 3 years. While in college, I was a member of the Williams String Quartet as a first violinist, I also took part of the Kansas Intercollegiate orchestra in 2014, which involved 7 colleges in Kansas and was placed 3rd chair 1st violin. The last couple of years I had the opportunity for small venue performance in Dallas, Singapore and Vancouver B.C.
