I was honored to be named Teacher of the Year for my district in 2024 and then went on to win for my region, becoming one of eight finalists for 2025 Kansas State Teacher of the Year. I’m passionate about evidence-based practices, explicit instruction, and breaking down material into clear steps so all learners can succeed and feel confident. I’ve supported students both in classrooms and one-on-one settings, focusing on foundational reading, math, and writing skills.
