Improve your grades! I teach grammar and writing. I offer editing and proofing. I help with research and paper organization. I have over forty years of teaching experience, from Lawrence High School to Yale University. I am currently a substitute teacher. I help Jr. High, High School, Undergraduate and Graduate students to improve writing and help with papers on any topic. Learn life long skills while working on your current school and university projects. I teach ages 12 to 90 and above. I am a professional librarian as well. My degrees include an English BA, a Theater BA, an English Teaching Certification, a Library Master's and a Law J.D.

I taught GED at an inner city neighborhood with a wide diversity of students. Sometimes it takes a strong motivator and leader with the patience to listen to students who are hoping to advance in life.

I teach English, and I am a journalist, creative writer and librarian. I was certified to teach English for grades 7-12, but I also teach university students. I enjoy helping with beginning grammar to advanced technical writing. As a professional librarian, I am familiar with fiction literature as well as research. I have also helped recent immigrants with writing and conversational skills.

Please feel comfortable contacting me for help with some of the most basic skills as well as advanced writing and research. My evenings and weekends are free, and I can meet anywhere at your convenience. I respect your confidentiality and skill level, and I believe that a good tutor listens as well as teaches.
