I learned a love of literature as a child. Before earning my BA in English, I had been writing fiction and nonfiction my entire life. I put my knowledge of grammar to use writing my first children's book, Friends in Every Color Grow. As to public speaking, being a practicing lawyer required me to learn how to speak effectively. Put all of these elements together, and you will have a well rounded student who can express themselves in any situation.
English is fun ! It is our common language. We use it everyday to express our innermost thoughts, and to let the world know how we feel. English is the language of world commerce. Whether you want to be successful in business, the arts, or simply as a human being, the essence of humanity is being able to express yourself in clear, precise language.
