With over 12 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin in diverse settings—ranging from non-profits to tech startups and large enterprises—I have cultivated a deep understanding of Salesforce and its practical applications across industries. I have multiple certifications, from Admin to Advanced Admin and more. Teaching Salesforce is more than just a profession for me; it's a personal passion that has transformed my life. That journey inspired me to share this knowledge with others, knowing firsthand how life-changing these skills can be.

For 3 years, I taught Salesforce Administrator certification courses, providing training through a workforce center to adults looking to pivot in their career. I’ve had the privilege of helping students from all walks of life, all starting points, reach their certification goals and embark on new careers. In addition to structured training, I hosted Salesforce Saturdays, where students could bring blockers or tough challenges, and together we’d work through them. This collaborative and supportive environment ensures that no one is left behind, and everyone can succeed.

My teaching approach emphasizes real-world, scenario-based learning, as I believe true mastery comes from understanding how to apply Salesforce to everyday business challenges. I tailor my lessons to meet each student's learning style, whether they are just starting or looking to hone specific skills. My ultimate goal is to empower my students not only to pass the Salesforce Admin certification exam but also to unlock new opportunities and confidently navigate their careers.
