I enjoy passing on my love for learning to others who also seek knowledge, especially in finance, accounting, statistics, and data analysis. I have experience tutoring fellow classmates, and I enjoy the feeling of seeing others progress in their learning journey.
I always start with a "why". I think it is important for anyone learning a topic to understand why they are learning it, and how it may affect their daily life. I then follow a hands-on, step-by-step approach where I encourage students to think and build for themselves (with guidance of course). Next, repetition and short quizzes are key to solidifying concepts into the students brain. I always try to use real-world examples and data, and I guide students to come up with a goal-based timeline for themselves.
I would like for all my students to learn and progress in ways that are satisfactory to them. I am open to all resources, suggestions, and criticisms in order to maximize the learning potential of my students. I respond quickly; feel free to reach out and schedule a lesson if it is needed!
