I enjoy tutoring because I find it rewarding to help students learn how to solve problems. I know the joy of finally mastering a challenging concept or technique! I pride myself on being able to assess where a student most needs help and on being able to address it through different angles until we learn what works best for the individual. I also have a knack for breaking down more difficult concepts into simpler steps to aid in learning.
As a tutor I always strive to build a strong rapport with my students, and bring patience and positivity to each session.
I always bring the best out in my students and have a history of success, including multiple placements in state honors ensembles.
I have tutored elementary math for six years and have consistently seen students improve their understanding and gain confidence.
I look forward to working together! Please contact me with any questions.
