I am currently a student at Emory University, having recently completed my sophomore year and received my Associates of Arts and Sciences from Oxford College of Emory University. I am pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Biology and have consistently maintained a 3.6 GPA. I have had a natural interest in biology since I was a child and have worked to create class schedules both in high school and college to include at least one biology class. During high school and college, I began to enjoy the process of writing and learning how to make and structure arguments. Throughout my experience with education, I have definitely found that it is always easier to learn when the learning is balanced with a bit of humor that relates to the material or to the student specifically.
I have taken several biology classes throughout my life. In college, I have taken classes focused on genetics and zoology.
I worked as a writing tutor at Oxford College of Emory University this past school year due to professor recommendation. I worked mostly with other freshman and sophomores in college, helping them structure and formulate their arguments to improve the paper's content. As the writing center was designed to help any student with any potential paper, I have worked on papers in a variety of subjects, ranging from typical English papers to scientific research papers.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, suggestions or to schedule a lesson. I am always open to suggestions and various resources that will allow me to help the students more or give them resources to try to further understand material on their own.
