With 35 years of teaching experience, I specialize in relating to students and making complicated subjects easier to grasp and much more fun.
As I help students to learn Spanish or U.S. History, I make sessions interesting, fun, and natural to help them engage with the material. I’ve lost count of the number of times that former students or parents have stopped me in the grocery store and thanked me for helping to turn them. I have taught Spanish I, II, III, IV, and V as well as U.S. History for many years. My teacher rating has been highly effective, the top score in our school district, for decades.
I also help students to prepare for college with their academic habits because I have taught as an adjunct professor for two universities. Meanwhile, I'm fun to work with and know my content areas very well.
