My background includes medical-surgical nursing, critical care, pharmacology, pathophysiology, NCLEX preparation, and clinical judgment development. I have also worked as an NCLEX Live Review Educator and item writer with experience developing NGN-style questions aligned with the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (CJMM).
I have extensive experience supporting nursing students through individualized tutoring, test-taking strategy development, academic support, and NCLEX preparation.
