With 15 years of dedicated experience in educational support and a robust academic background spanning design and business management, I offer a unique blend of patience, analytical thinking, and mentorship. My goal is to help students not only master their subjects but also develop the confidence to tackle complex problems independently. My diverse educational background allows me to support students across a wide variety of disciplines. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, which fuels my creative approach to visual learning, and two Master’s degrees: one in Business Administration (MBA) and another in Human Resource Management. This high level of academic achievement demonstrates my commitment to lifelong learning and my ability to navigate rigorous curricula—skills I am eager to pass on to my students.
For over 15 years, I have worked with students (beginning with my own family and expanding outward) in intimate, one-on-one settings. I believe that effective tutoring is not one-size-fits-all. My methodology is built on three pillars:
Assessment through Dialogue: I begin by taking the time to walk through information with the student to gauge their current level of understanding.
Targeted Identification: By listening and observing, I pinpoint the specific "roadblocks" or portions of a subject where the student is struggling.
Customized Action Plans: Once I understand the gap, I create a highly effective, personalized plan that addresses their specific needs rather than following a generic script.
My long-term experience has taught me that patience is the key to academic breakthroughs. Whether I am helping a younger student build foundational skills or assisting an older student with complex concepts, my focus remains on creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
