I am a current high school Spanish teacher with 7 years of teaching experience and dual certification in English and Spanish for grades 5–12. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education English, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and a Master of Arts in Spanish. I also tutor students at a local community college. My experience working with students of different ages, ability levels, and backgrounds allows me to adapt my teaching to meet each student's individual needs.
I had the opportunity to study at the University of Salamanca in Spain, where I gained valuable real-world language and cultural experience. This experience strengthened my passion for language learning and my desire to help students see that learning a language can be both meaningful and fun!
My tutoring approach is personalized, supportive, and engaging. Whether you're struggling with Spanish grammar, preparing for a test, improving your English reading and writing skills, or looking to strengthen your overall academic performance, I will work with you to identify your goals and develop a plan that fits your needs.
