I absolutely loved teaching and my students. To see a group of individuals come in at the beginning of the year and to be able to mild them into a "class" of individuals with a common goal was incredibly rewarding, something I have not found elsewhere. It is my objective to get back to working with young people one on one or in small groups with out the classroom setting or social influences impacting learning.
I believe tutoring is a great methodology to reach individuals who may need a bit of help or possibly do not reach their potential in a traditional classroom setting. I think I can provide students with helpful learning strategies as well as encouragement to find their own success.
