Hello! I am currently a PhD candidate studying Information Technology, Global Business, and Blockchain Development. I have a master's degree in IT for Business Intelligence (2020) and a bachelor's degree in Economics (2015). I also have active CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+ certifications. My specialties are CompTIA exam preparation, graduate and undergraduate R and SQL programming, and intro/intermediate undergraduate micro and macroeconomics. Tutoring is something that I really do enjoy because it makes me happy when students learn and do better in their courses after our sessions.

Since February 2020, I have been working doing a mix of 15-30 hours a week of tutoring, programming work for clients in both industry and academia including several Ivy League institutions, and technical tutorial creation. As a current graduate student myself, I understand what it's like to deal with the struggles of remote education. Many professors and instructors struggle to do a good job teaching, which is where I found a high degree of success in many subjects for students in 12 (and counting) countries around the world. My style is friendly yet productive because I understand that nobody wants to do homework for fun. You need to learn the material, get the points, and try to connect it to reality as best as possible. Also, I don't know everything. I know quite a bit about CompTIA exams, R, SQL, and economics, but the hardest part of my role as a tutor is that every class, professor, and student are unique. As long as we communicate and are flexible with each other, very rarely have I met a student that I was not able to significantly help.

Even though R can be a challenging language for many people, I have a knack for being able to help students of all levels from beginner through advanced work through the issues and learn R effectively. I am personally a capable R programmer, but I am able to help students make progress which is the most important role of a programming tutor. In both my academic and professional work,
