Hello! I am a Senior CompTIA Instructor where in my primary role I train veterans, active-duty military, and federal government personnel to prepare and pass CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, Linux+, Cloud+, and PenTest+ certifications along with the ITIL 4 Foundations certification. Most of my work now is teaching federally funded bootcamp-style courses. Since February 2020 I have been working with hundreds of students for these certifications with a very successful method with a high pass rate. I have also helped just about every kind of civilian from teenagers to retirees and people from 12 different countries with CompTIA and programming one-on-one tutoring.

Academically, I am currently working on my EdD (Doctor of Education) in Leadership and Innovation. I have a master’s degree in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics and a bachelor’s degree in Economics focused on monetary policy and central banking.

Most people who reach out to me are struggling in one way or another with the certifications and want to know if 1) I can help you pass, 2) If it is worth it to have me help, and 3) What the sessions will be like from now until the real test. Let’s answer those.

I'm struggling in my course which is 100% foreign content. I had attempted to search for other tutors as well but none of them really were familiar with the content. I had given up thinking that I was never going to find anyone and that I just had to accept that I wasn't going to pass the course. However I gave it one last attempt, and here we are! Tyler is amazing and knew everything that we went through and was very nice and explained it to me.
