Scheduling has been effortless—she is always on time and very easy to work with when it comes to planning or rescheduling sessions. Knowledgeable, kind, patient
I am half Korean and have been exposed to Korean for a long time. I've been nervous about trying to learn again because I feel like I should know more than I do, and am often embarrassed that I don't. Youngkeun is very kind and patient and she clearly cares about me learning. I've had some teachers be shaming and she is not that way. She is always supportive and kind when I have questions. I am learning a lot!

Encouraging
Really nice and encouraging. There's a bit of a lag in the video so it makes it seems like she's going faster than she actually is. That makes it a little difficult to communicate. I was really nervous but she was kind and cares about what she is teaching.
