Hello! I’m Jennifer, a tutor with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a strong background in both education and design. I tutor in:

Over the years, I’ve done private tutoring, substitute teaching, childcare, and camp counseling, giving me extensive experience supporting students in a patient, structured way. Although my substitute teaching license is no longer active, that experience strengthened my classroom management and communication skills.
In math, my degree in Mathematics allows me to explain concepts clearly and connect them to everyday examples so they feel less intimidating. I focus on building strong skills in arithmetic, fractions, algebra, geometry, and other K–12 topics, while helping students gain confidence and independence.
In Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I draw on professional experience in graphics and pre-press work to teach practical, real-world design skills. I can help with:
Photo editing, layers, and selections in Photoshop
Vector graphics, logos, and layouts in Illustrator
Preparing files correctly for print and digital projects
Because of my current full-time role in quality and data management, I am available for tutoring on weekends only. Weekend sessions are great for focused learning time without school-day distractions.
If you’re looking for a tutor who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to clear explanations, I’d be happy to work with you. Feel free to reach out to schedule a weekend session!
