I have a master's degree in Spanish from the Leiden University in the Netherlands and obtained my Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge while living in England. I have 14 years of experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language to adults. Because I am an immigrant myself I find it easy to communicate with people that are new to this country and help them with the process of feeling at home. I am currently working towards my Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at IUPUI and recently received my Certificate.
