I have been running track for about 10 years now. My senior year of high school I placed 26th in the state of Indiana in the 100m and 28th in the state in the 200m. I was MVP for my team and was asked to join IUs track n field team. But I wanted to pursue a business career and to own my own company and didn't have the time to pursue track in college. I am now 20 years old And still have the passion for it and want to give it back to the young kids out there who are striving to become the best of the best. And really strive to perfect the basics of the art of running which will help them to be the best.
So If you are of the age of 5-16 and a kid who is very passionate about running or even if you just want to learn and the basics either way I am here to help. I will teach you quickness, endurance, how to come out the blocks in an explosive way, your hand positions and etc.
