I am a graduating medical student at Indiana University School of Medicine with a strong academic track record, including selection to Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA). I completed my undergraduate degree with a 4.0 GPA and scored a 522 on the MCAT and a 265 on USMLE Step 2 CK. Throughout medical school, I honored the majority of my clinical clerkships and developed a structured, efficient approach to mastering both preclinical and clinical material. I have also been actively involved in teaching and mentoring, including small-group instruction, peer tutoring, and working as a point-of-care ultrasound instructor.
My approach to tutoring is highly individualized and focused on efficiency and results. I emphasize high-yield concepts, pattern recognition, and test-taking strategy rather than passive memorization. For MCAT students, I focus on passage-based reasoning and building a strong foundation across all sections. For USMLE students, I help break down complex clinical questions, identify common traps, and develop a repeatable framework for approaching NBME-style exams. I tailor each session based on the student’s starting point, whether they are building foundational knowledge or aiming for top percentile scores.
I understand how demanding and stressful these exams can be, and my goal is to make preparation more focused, manageable, and effective. I work with both pre-med and medical students in one-on-one settings and aim to not only improve scores, but also build confidence and clarity in how to approach these exams.
