I have classroom teaching experience as a substitute teacher at both the middle school and high school levels. In this role, I worked with students across multiple subjects and adapted lessons to different learning styles and levels of understanding. Teaching in a classroom environment helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
In addition to classroom teaching, I have significant experience as a corporate trainer and mentor. During my career as a senior operations executive, I developed and delivered training programs for employees and teams in areas such as business processes, operations management, and organizational improvement. These sessions included both small-group and larger workshop settings and focused on helping people understand practical applications of the material.
My teaching approach focuses on breaking complex topics into manageable steps and helping students develop confidence and problem-solving skills. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging with the subject matter.
