Recognizing talents and nurturing them is a strong commitment towards the growth of an individual and our communities at large. Among other areas of creativity, photography/film is limitless in possibilities. It opens up the mind to help an individual connect scientifically, culturally, artistically and spiritually to our world and, like soccer, it appreciates teamwork and the power of cooperation. I am committed to talent (re)discovery, nurture, and development. Therefore, my programme is designed to engage young people and help them find creative expression. It seeks an alternative way by which young people can address and proffer solutions to social issues. My core objective is to provide a space for genuine artistic awareness and expression, a space, where new creative voices can find full expression and the freedom to experiment. Clearly, there are many people (young and old) who would love to be actors or be involved in film production one way or another but, have not the requisite skillset nor access to skill acquisition. There are also those who don’t even know they’ve got it in them, I seek to compliment whatever effort already exists to provide tailor-made tools and put them in the hands of my students and let them tell their stories.
My hope is to direct the thoughts of my students towards an honest conversation of the human experience and our changing world, and, to take full advantage of new technology and perhaps inspire new inventi
