I have a strong academic foundation and professional background that allow me to tutor technical subjects with both clarity and real-world context. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Computer Science at Purdue University , where I hold a 4.0 GPA and have completed advanced coursework in algorithms, data structures, data science, machine learning, database systems and software engineering. Alongside my studies, I work as a Software Engineer at CVS Health, building and optimizing large-scale systems that support millions of users. Before this, I worked as a Software Engineer at BYJU’s, India’s largest Ed-Tech company, which gave me experience designing and developing student-facing features and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Beyond industry, I also have direct teaching experience. I have served as a Teaching Assistant, where I taught data science, guided students through labs, explained machine learning concepts, and helped them build confidence in Python, statistics and applied analytics. My teaching journey began even earlier when I taught middle-school students in India in both one-on-one and group settings, which helped me develop patience and the ability to adjust my explanations based on each student’s learning style. Over the years, I have informally mentored classmates and juniors in programming, helping them with assignments, debugging, and exam preparation across subjects like Python, Java, C++, algorithms and web development.

This combination of strong academic performance, professional software engineering experience, and formal teaching exposure enables me to tutor students effectively at multiple levels.
