I'm Sharon, a seasoned musician, arranger, and educator with over 50 years of experience in the world of music. I've composed more than 1000 pieces for harp, violin, cello, and flute, a true labor of love that reflects my lifelong passion for musical expression. My arrangements have been a mainstay at Indiana University, Eastman School of music and are sold worldwide.

My musical journey began under the influence of my mother, an alumna of Indiana University's renowned music school. Following in her footsteps, I pursued harp and piano studies at Stephen's College and Indiana University, where I cultivated my skills and deepened my understanding of music.

With two Master's degrees in piano and organ from The American Conservatory of Music, along with graduate studies in harp at Valparaiso University and organ at Florida State University, my musical foundation is strong and comprehensive.

I embarked on my first major role as an organist and choir director at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Hammond, Indiana, where I dedicated 23 years to composing and performing original anthems and masses, a formative period that shaped my approach to music.

I've entertained at notable venues like The Skyline Club, The Breakers Hotel, Boca Raton Hotel, Yesterday's, The Everglades Club, and the Longboat Key Club in Florida, as well as internationally at The Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

I've collaborated with numerous symphonies, including Northwest Indiana, South Bend, South Florida, and West Palm Beach. I've also contributed to countless theatrical productions and served as Music Director for esteemed events such as The Miss Illinois Pageant and various theatrical companies in Florida.

It brings me great joy to share my expertise with aspiring musicians and see them flourish in their musical journeys. I teach all levels, and all genres.

Harp

Harp

I have sold my harp arrangements to Lyon & Healy and schools like IU and Eastman for decades. I have written arrangements in all genres for 50 plus years. I was schooled by some of the world's most reknown harpists and have played in many established orchestras myself. I have been a freelance harpist for 50 years.
Piano

Piano

I've been playing piano professionally for over six decades. Everything from pop to classical. I was taught my Menachim Pressler at IU when I was in undergrad. (He was just mentioned in last year's Memoriam section during the Grammy's.) I went on to receive a Master's and have been teaching all levels of piano for 60 years. I was born with perfect pitch and can play in any key.
